Use of the Clear Manuscript website and services assumes acknowledgment and acceptance of the company's following terms of use.

The names Clear Manuscript and www.clearmanuscript.com and all material on this site are protected by international copyright and trademark law. These names and the web site content cannot be used or modified without the express permission of Clear Manuscript.
Refusal or Denial of Service: Clear Manuscript reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason and without explanation.
Content of Submitted and Returned Materials: Clear Manuscript will not be held responsible or liable for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of client documents. Clear Manuscript is not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.
Service Standards: All documents are edited to the best of our capabilities and to the highest of standards. Except as expressed in our service guarantee, Clear Manuscript provides no guarantee and will not be held responsible in the case of rejection of a manuscript.
Service Guarantee: Clear Manuscript provides customers with the guarantee that if a manuscript is rejected due to organizational, grammatical, or spelling errors following our revisions, we will return your payment in full and edit the manuscript again for free. However, clients must provide documented proof (comments from the journal editors and reviewers) that writing errors/problems were the single, primary reason for rejection.
Financial Fraud or Theft: Clear Manuscript is not liable for the fraudulent use of Paypal and its financial services.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Clear Manuscript and its members harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the site or service, or violation of the terms of use by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.
Termination of Service: In the event of a client violating any or all of the terms of use, Clear Manuscript reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the client. Furthermore, Clear Manuscript may, at its discretion, discontinue or terminate operation of its website, services or trading name without notice at any time and for any reason.
Modification of Terms of Use: The terms of use contained herein may be modified for any reason and without notice.
